We’re a U.S. company, headquartered in Delaware, which means you work with a U.S. legal entity and banking setup. Our engineering teams, however, are based nearshore across Latin America, mainly in Argentina, with additional talent in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, and other major tech hubs in the region.

This gives you the best of both worlds: the ease of doing business with a US company with high-quality nearshore team members that work in your time zone.

What are your standard hourly rates?

We offer ultra-competitive rates within $20 to $85 USD per hour. Service rates are agreed upon with our clients based on project scope, seniority, English proficiency, and specific technical skills.

How many people can I hire in the staff augmentation model?

As many as you want. Most of our clients typically start with a few hires and eventually ramp up to fully managed teams of 5–6 people. These “scrum teams” or squads normally include 1 Project Manager, 2–3 engineers, a Cloud Architect, and a QA tester.

Can we interview the engineers using our own HR process?

Of course! We can adapt our recruiting process to fit what works best for your company. Our team has a strict vetting process, and our standard is to perform two interviews:

1) A first round to assess soft skills, language proficiency, and culture fit.

2) A second technical round to validate technical skills.

We pre-screen and run background checks on all candidates before presenting them to our clients.

What is the general turnaround time when requesting a Mid-level or Senior engineer?

About 1 to 3 weeks from the moment we receive your request until your first interview. Timelines may vary slightly based on skill complexity, tech stack, and rate expectations, but we prioritize fast onboarding without compromising quality.

What tech stack do you work with?

Most of our engineers work with ReactJS, .NET, Java, Node.js, SQL, Python, AWS, Azure, and others. That said, we are a technology-agnostic company and generally adapt to our clients’ preferred technology stack.
